Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Manchester's Media City complex. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian restaurant.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of waiting staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
