We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Prezzo team at Manchester Media City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
