About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize all food and beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
