Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends to inform pricing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and operational execution, enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize all distribution channels, ensuring our hotels are competitively positioned across online and offline platforms.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management within a hotel or hospitality industry.
