As part of London + Regional Hotels, The Lensbury Resort is situated along the River Thames and features an exclusive leisure club, a 155-room hotel, meeting and event spaces, a restaurant and bar, a spa, and 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Role

We invite you to join our team of Guest Services Managers, who are dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences throughout every stage of their stay.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Relations Supervisor will be tasked with:

  • Advocating for exceptional guest services within The Lensbury
  • Ensuring a remarkable guest experience, beginning with a warm welcome and concluding with a memorable farewell
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, promptly addressing their inquiries and requests
  • Anticipating guest needs proactively and striving to exceed their expectations
  • Efficiently resolving guest complaints and working towards positive outcomes
  • Analyzing guest feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery
  • Collaborating with the team to address any service or standard discrepancies
  • Working alongside other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience
  • Performing Duty Management responsibilities to ensure the hotel operates smoothly and that guests and staff are well cared for
  • Managing cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Keeping precise records of guest bookings and billing
  • Contributing to revenue growth through effective upselling of services or packages
  • Assisting in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
  • Training new team members on service protocols and hotel operations

  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS
  • Experience in addressing guest feedback across various platforms

The Lensbury Club - London's Riverside Resort

The Lensbury's exclusive leisure club, hotel, and conference center is set in expansive grounds along the Thames.
