Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Supervisor to join our team, working alongside our existing management duo to ensure outstanding service throughout the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and uphold exceptional client service standards within The Lensbury.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, striving for positive outcomes.
  • Evaluate client feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any declines in service quality or standards.
  • Perform Duty Management tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel and the comfort of our guests and staff.
  • Maintain precise records of client bookings and billing information.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling of services and packages.
  • Train new team members on service protocols and operational procedures.
  • Possess relevant supervisory or managerial experience in a comparable role or establishment.
