**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planning practice in Teddington.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare comprehensive analysis on existing financial products to inform client recommendations.
  • Format and present suitability reports to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of client case files, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Source and obtain quotations for new financial products, leveraging industry relationships and knowledge.
  • Perform tax calculations and ensure accurate financial planning recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain systems and procedures to improve efficiency in client case preparation and submission.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma level 4 Qualification or equivalent in Financial Planning or a related field.
  • Excellent IT office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of commercial experience and judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions.
