Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and skilled Digital Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our transformed Digital Support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Electronic Patient Records and other clinical systems.

In this role, you will provide essential support to users across various communication channels, ensuring seamless access to information and resources. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimize computer system usage, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to a diverse range of users.
  • Partner with clinical teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of computer systems.
  • Contribute to equipment management processes, ensuring staff have the necessary tools for success.
  • Support data quality initiatives and system testing, upholding accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Implement Information Management & Technology (IM&T) projects that drive service delivery improvements.
Qualifications:

Essential

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Desirable

  • Project management skills and/or qualifications.
Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer support and data quality improvement initiatives.

Desirable

  • Previous work with healthcare systems and software testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of national best practices within the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide clear, concise guidance to users.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
