About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skill Tradesperson to join our responsive repairs team at Platform Property Care, a well-established property maintenance business within the Platform Housing Group.

As a Multi-Skill Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on our homes in the Grimsby and surrounding areas. You will be a skilled Bricklayer with experience in repairs, and this will be your focus, but experience in other trades is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on our homes in the Grimsby and surrounding areas
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality work
  • Meet a wide range of customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks and priorities
  • Have a full driving license and be willing to travel to different locations
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have good organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • NVQ L2 Bricklaying qualification
  • Experience of working as a Bricklayer in the building trade
  • Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association, or council
  • Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, decorating, and groundsworks
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience of keeping jobs on track
  • Full driving license
  • DBS check

This mobile role is for a team based in the following towns: Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea, and Alford. You will need to live close to or in these areas.
