Training Program: Through our Academy, you will receive extensive training, including:

  • Classroom instruction
  • Hands-on workshops
  • Theoretical knowledge from industry experts

Upon completion, you will be equipped to handle appliance repairs and issues that arise in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field-based role utilizing a company vehicle to visit customer locations.
  • Effectively manage your daily schedule.
  • Conduct repairs, diagnostics, and testing of domestic appliances.
  • Oversee stock management.
  • Represent Whirlpool and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, energetic, driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and possess a Full Manual UK Driving License.
  • Physical capability to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy appliances.

  • Aiming for a long-term career as a qualified Field Service Technician.

Training Details: The Academy includes a fully funded training course at the client's headquarters, which involves:

  • Welcome and induction sessions.
  • Health and safety training.
  • Uniform and personal protective equipment provision.

You will shadow an experienced technician to gain real-world insights into the role. Following this, you will undergo a structured training program, consisting of:

  • Phase 1: Nearly 3 weeks of training.
  • Field application for 6 weeks to practice your skills.
  • Phase 2: An additional 2 weeks of training.

Support Offered: Throughout your journey, you will receive:

  • Technical and operational support from Whirlpool.
  • Administrative assistance from Concept Resourcing.
