Your role will involve collaborating with our established clientele, fostering customer relationships through exceptional service. As a leader in the industry, we will equip you with a certified training program that will empower you to deliver outstanding service to our customers, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Care and maintenance of indoor plant and floral arrangements.
- Management of scenting devices and their components.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals who:
- Are self-motivated and driven.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Have an interest in horticulture, plants, and flowers (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrate a proven ability to meet KPIs and targets.
- Exhibit a creative and outgoing personality.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
