Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing for our UK and Irish operations, ensuring timely and precise employee compensation.
  • Ensure accurate payroll deductions and timely tax submissions to HMRC and Revenue.
  • Manage payroll reporting and address any payroll-related inquiries.
  • Develop and enhance payroll policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business partners on pay and benefits-related initiatives.
  • Administer daily operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Facilitate open enrollment periods, providing communication, education, and support to employees.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of benefits documentation.
  • Process benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in payroll management and coordination is essential.
  • Ideally, experience in a similar capacity with comprehensive knowledge of Payroll and Benefits systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering precise numerical data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various payroll software platforms and time management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
