So, what’s the job?
You’ll manage the payroll for both our UK and Irish entities, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time You’ll ensure all payroll deductions are made accurately and the appropriate taxes are paid to HMRC and Revenue’s within the required deadlines You’ll manage payroll reporting and respond to payroll queries as required You’ll develop payroll policies, processes and workflows to maximise efficiency You’ll work with the relevant business partner to support any pay and benefits related work You’ll manage day-to-day operations of the company’s benefits programs including health insurance plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee benefits You’ll coordinate open enrolment periods, including communication, education, and assistance to employees You’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documentation You’ll process benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate mannerAnd what are we looking for?
You’ll have prior experience managing and coordinating payroll You’ll ideally have prior experience in a similar role with a broad knowledge and understanding of Payroll and Benefits systems and processes You’ll have strong attention to detail, with a focus on providing accurate numerical figures You’ll have strong Microsoft Excel skills You’ll be confident prioritising work and working under pressure to meet deadlines You’ll be familiar with multiple payroll software platforms and time management systems You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and with confidence across all stakeholder levelsSo, why choose us?
