Sales Director - Flow Control Systems

Mitchell Maguire is a leading Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Flow Control Systems team.

About the Role:

The Sales Director will be responsible for promoting a high-quality manufactured range of flow control systems and components for the HVAC market sector. This will involve managing a team of sales professionals, growing key accounts, and developing commercial projects with clients such as universities, hospitals, hotels, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow key accounts.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote flow control systems and components to the HVAC market sector.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including BSS, Wolseley, Smith Brothers, Wilo, Grundfos, and Mitsubishi.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial projects with universities, hospitals, hotels, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  5. Relevant qualifications, such as a mechanical engineering degree or MBA.
