Sales Director - Flow Control Systems

Mitchell Maguire is a leading construction sales recruitment consultancy seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Flow Control Systems team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a high-quality manufactured range of flow control systems and components for the HVAC market sector. With a strong background in sales and marketing, you will be expected to manage a team of sales professionals, grow revenue, and develop key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
  • Manage key accounts, including BSS, Wolseley, Smith Brothers, Wilo, Grundfos, and Mitsubishi
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the HVAC market and flow control systems
