We're looking for a talented individual to lead our commercial activities and drive growth in our B2B portfolio. As B2B Commercial Director, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering short, medium, and long-term strategies to drive sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve and exceed B2B commercial growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial activities of our B2B portfolio of 5 well-respected brands
  • Create and deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies to drive sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Drive commercial and technical innovation to keep the business competitive
  • Ensure best practices from the CRM system flow, social media output, marketing campaigns, to customer service
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and nurture partnerships to broker opportunities for new products and supplier opportunities
  • Manage a sales, marketing, and customer service team with excellent understanding of the marketing, sales, and product functions
  • Extract and interpret detailed sales and financial data to provide insights to the senior management team
  • Communicate effectively with the senior management team and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 6+ years of commercial leadership experience for an online B2B brand
  • Experience leading a sales, marketing, and customer service team with excellent understanding of the marketing, sales, and product functions
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and legal context within which businesses operate
  • Ability to extract and interpret detailed sales and financial data
  • Superb communication skills and effective people management style
  • Passion for keeping abreast of marketing and industry trends
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge and experience with trading channels and levers
