About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Global Banking School. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our market share.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Business Development and Planning: Develop and implement business development plans to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data and develop financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development and management
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
