Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities while fostering and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Support the development of sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Client Management: Build and manage portfolios of clients across the appointed regions.
  • Event Participation: Participate in online and offline events to promote our services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of clients' and consultants' experiences and the outreach of Recooty in the B2B & B2C market.

What You Bring to the Role

Required:

  1. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  2. Previous experience in Sales and Business Development.
  3. Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Valuable:

  1. Fluency in a European language: Spanish/French.
