We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at ALOIS Solutions as a Director of Business Expansion. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and innovative business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Persuade clients to sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
- Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to ensure suitable candidate matches.
- Work closely with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles and create shortlists.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a desire for success and the ability to spot new opportunities.
- Proven record in Business Development in the Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Strong Staffing & Recruitment background.
- Driven individual motivated by sales results.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
