We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at ALOIS Solutions as a Director of Business Expansion. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and innovative business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Persuade clients to sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
  • Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to ensure suitable candidate matches.
  • Work closely with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles and create shortlists.

Requirements:
