At Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Groups Coordinator. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience with us.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying sales leads and communicating with our Sales team to drive business growth
  • Sending weekly reservations reports to our hotels to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Inputting rooming lists and confirming details with customers to ensure accuracy
  • Ensuring timely payment from customers prior to check-in
  • Loading group offers and reservations into our system, using Opera, to streamline our operations
  • Developing a thorough knowledge of our brand and product to provide exceptional customer service
