About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Group Coordinator to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow. As a Group Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's group bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and communicate sales leads to the Sales team to drive future business growth.
  • Send weekly reservations reports to hotels in your cluster to ensure they are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers, requiring attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely payment from customers prior to check-in date.
  • Load group offers and reservations into our system, utilizing Opera software.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Leonardo Hotels brand and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be resilient under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Opera software is a plus.
