Job Title: Groups & Meetings Planner- German Speaking

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Meetings Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51 UK. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Group Management: Handle all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
  • Revenue Optimisation: Maximise room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.
