Groups & Meetings Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Meetings Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51 UK. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you will be responsible for efficiently managing group bookings and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage group bookings and ensure seamless event execution.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and find solutions to ensure event success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Opera Express and Opera Sales & Catering.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment, preferably in group or reservations.
