Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Groups & Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51 UK. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage group bookings and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and find solutions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Opera Express and Opera Sales & Catering.
- Fluent German Speaker.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment, preferably in group or reservations.
