About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Groups & Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51 UK. As a key point of contact between our guests and hotels, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the operational management of group bookings, from initial contact to post-stay. This involves:

  • Group Management: Handling all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
    • Revenue Optimisation: Maximising room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
      • Operational Coordination: Collaborating with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
        • Administrative Tasks: Managing group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.
