About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Junior to join our Trust Administration team. As an Office Junior, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing a portfolio of various structures, working closely with our administration team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a good all-round education, with strong numeracy and communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support to our team.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. If you are a team player with a passion for administration and a desire to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and management of a portfolio of various structures
  • Maintain accurate records and process transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the Trust Administration team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Good all-round education
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
