About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our client company and trust structures.

The role will involve a range of tasks, including filing and scanning duties, payments, setting up companies and trusts, and collating CDD documentation. Applicants should have a broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures, as well as relevant legislation.

We are looking for an individual with excellent time management and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a team environment. If you have a strong administrative background and are interested in a challenging role, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client Team
  • Assist with the administration of client company and trust structures
  • Collate CDD documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Perform filing and scanning duties, and make payments as required

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background and experience
  • Understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures
  • Relevant legislation and compliance knowledge
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
