Job Title: Assistant Manager, Fund Administrator, Fiduciary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fund administration team as a Trainee Fund Administrator.

The successful candidate will assist the fund administration team and managers with the administration of a portfolio of clients and onboarding of new and switch clients.

The key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Assisting the team with the administration of a portfolio of funds
  • Completing assigned tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within deadlines set
  • Providing support to other team members in respect of correspondence preparation and general administrative duties
  • Studying towards a full professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or similar Certificate in Fund Administration

This is an entry-level position that requires a sound educational background and a willingness to learn and develop skills.

Applicants must have five years of continuous Jersey residency to be eligible for this role.
