About the Role:

The Fund Administrator will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager at Aztec Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer funds, management companies, and associated fund structures within the team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and intermediaries.
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including agenda preparation, board pack collation, and shareholder meeting coordination.
  • Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and dispatch payment instructions to settle fund expenses and maintain the electronic payments library.
  • Process and coordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
  • Ensure timely completion of regulatory and statutory filings.
  • Support the accounts distribution and filing process.
  • Assist in the induction, integration, and training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent).
  • Some financial services experience is desirable, with support provided through the Aztec Academy.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
