Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funds Administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. As a Funds Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our alternative investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of assigned funds, including processing paperwork and queries, maintaining files, and preparing investor statements and client reports.
  • Performing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) according to company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing payments and liaising with third parties.
  • Collating information for system record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong academic background and good communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations is desired.
