Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of fund administration, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of fund structures, including the preparation of board meeting materials, shareholder communications, and other corporate governance documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Manager, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist with the processing of investor transactions, including the preparation of payment instructions, investor statements, and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor information, including contact details, investment holdings, and other relevant data.
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, including the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Desire to study towards a relevant professional qualification, such as the Certified Fund Administrator (CFA) designation.
- Basic technical knowledge of fund administration, including financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
- Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
