Join Our Team as a Trainee Fund Administrator

At the Aztec Group, we are committed to providing exceptional fund administration services to our clients. As a Trainee Fund Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures
  • Support with company secretarial matters, including preparing agendas, collating and distributing board packs, and drafting minutes for routine meetings
  • Undertake routine office and clerical tasks as needed
  • Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses
  • Maintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes
  • Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions
Requirements:
  • A desire to study towards a relevant professional qualification, supported by the Aztec Group
  • Basic technical knowledge, with relevant in-house training provided through the Aztec Academy
  • Computer literacy and interpersonal skills are essential

We will provide the training and support you need to succeed in this role. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional results.
