We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fund administration team as a Trainee Fund Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the fund administration team with the administration of a portfolio of clients.
  • Support the onboarding of new and switch clients.
  • Complete assigned tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within deadlines.
  • Provide support to other team members in respect of correspondence preparation and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • A sound educational background.
  • A willingness to study towards a full professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or similar Certificate in Fund Administration.
  • Five years continuous Jersey residency.
