About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, assisting with the administration of client company and trust structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with filing and scanning duties, payments, and setting up companies and trusts
  • Collate CDD documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Apply relevant legislation and exercise good judgement in decision-making
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entitled or Entitled to work residential status
