Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Trusts

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our trust and company administration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client Team, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of client company and trust structures.
  • Collate and review CDD documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.
  • Apply relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Entitled or Entitled to work residential status.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgement and ability to work independently.
