Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Trust

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client team in Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and their companies and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of client company and trust structures, including filing and scanning duties, payments, and setting up new companies and trusts.
  • Collate and maintain CDD documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with our private client team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
