Fund Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fund administration team as a Trainee Fund Administrator.
The successful candidate will assist the fund administration team and managers with the administration of a portfolio of clients and onboarding of new and switch clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of funds, completing assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide support to other team members in respect of correspondence preparation and general administrative duties.
- Assist with the onboarding of new and switch clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality service.
- Develop skills and knowledge in fund administration, with the opportunity to study towards a full professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or similar Certificate in Fund Administration.
Requirements:
- Sound educational background and a willingness to learn and develop skills in fund administration.
- Five years continuous Jersey residency.
