Fund Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund Administration team as a Trainee Fund Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the fund administration team with the administration of a portfolio of clients and onboarding of new and switch clients.
- Complete assigned tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within deadlines set.
- Provide support to other team members in respect of correspondence preparation and general administrative duties.
- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of funds and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A sound educational background and a willingness to study towards a full professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, or similar Certificate in Fund Administration.
- Five years continuous Jersey residency.
