About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our client company and trust structures.

The role will involve a range of tasks, including filing and scanning duties, payments, and collating CDD documentation. You will also be responsible for setting up companies and trusts, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Private Client Team
  • Assist with the administration of client company and trust structures
  • Perform filing and scanning duties, and make payments as required
  • Collate CDD documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Set up companies and trusts, and provide administrative support to our team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures. You will also need to have good judgement, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

We can only accept candidates who hold Entitled or Entitled to work residential status for this particular role.
