About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including filing, scanning, payments, and collating CDD documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures, as well as relevant legislation. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client Team
  • Assist with the administration of client company and trust structures
  • Collate CDD documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A broad understanding of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures
  • Relevant legislation and compliance experience
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
