Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team at AP Group Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the administration of client company and trust structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the filing and scanning of documents, as well as making payments and setting up companies and trusts.
  • Collate CDD (Customer Due Diligence) documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client Team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Develop a broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply relevant legislation.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
