We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our trust and company structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of client company and trust structures, including filing and scanning duties, payments, and collating CDD documentation.
  • Provide broad support to the team, including setting up companies and trusts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Apply relevant legislation and demonstrate good judgement and time management skills.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Entitled or Entitled to work residential status.
  • Broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
