About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Private Client Team in Jersey. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our private client team, assisting with the administration of client company and trust structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing and scanning duties
  • Payments and financial transactions
  • Setting up companies and trusts
  • Collating CDD documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the private client team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies, and related structures. You will also need to have good judgement, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

We can only accept candidates who hold Entitled or Entitled to work residential status for this particular role.
