Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the international expansion of new Alexa capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the international product roadmap for key Alexa features, utilizing data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define and align on requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Management: Develop and execute the international product roadmap for key Alexa features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Customer Insights & Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, identifying trends and opportunities to inform product development and drive business growth.
- Thought Leadership: Develop subject matter expertise on automated marketing channels and content personalization, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, technical, and program teams, to define and align on requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Performance Reporting: Develop, standardize, and maintain business-critical metrics, analysis, and reporting to support business and financial planning.
- Global Remit: Understand global complexities and nuances, adjusting product requirements to meet local needs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new programs, tools, and process improvements across the business to improve transparency, drive scale, and efficiencies.
- Several years of product management experience in professional, non-internship employment, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, with a strong understanding of end-to-end product and/or feature delivery and tradeoffs in product development.
- Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines, with a strong ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and influence others to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems, and drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and business results.
- Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive with a bias for action, and a strong attention to detail with the ability to drive insights from data.
