Grafton Recruitment is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Trading Specialist to support our client, a prominent designer and manufacturer of pet products. This role is a result of significant business expansion.

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of an award-winning organization with a workforce of over 24 employees across multiple countries.

Role Overview

As the E-commerce Trading Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in implementing e-commerce strategies aimed at enhancing online sales performance.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of E-commerce, the CRM team, marketing manager, and other essential stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation and optimal performance of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Oversight:
Assist in overseeing product listings, ensuring that information on the website is accurate and current.
Coordinate with the product team to manage stock levels and availability.

Sales Monitoring:
Track daily sales performance and key e-commerce metrics.
Generate reports on sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Promotional Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
Work with the marketing team to ensure promotions are effectively communicated across all channels.

Enhancing Customer Experience:
Contribute to improving the online customer journey by ensuring a seamless and user-friendly website experience.
Support the customer experience team with inquiries related to product availability and order status.

Collaboration:
Work in tandem with the CRM team to align on customer engagement and retention strategies.
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and other performance-based digital initiatives.

Data Analysis:
Evaluate e-commerce performance data to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to boost sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce or online trading is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools (experience with Shopify is advantageous).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
A passion for pets and familiarity with the pet products industry.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing tools.
