Grafton Recruitment is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Trading Specialist to support our client, a prominent designer and manufacturer of pet products.

This position has emerged due to significant business expansion.

Role Overview

In the capacity of E-commerce Trading Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing e-commerce strategies aimed at enhancing online sales performance.

Your collaboration with the Head of E-commerce, CRM team, marketing manager, and other essential stakeholders will be vital to ensure the efficient operation and peak performance of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Oversight:
Assist in overseeing product listings, ensuring that the website features accurate and current information.
Collaborate with the product team to manage stock levels and product availability.

Sales Monitoring:
Track daily sales performance and key e-commerce metrics.
Prepare reports on sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Promotional Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional initiatives, including product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to ensure effective communication of promotions across all channels.

Enhancing Customer Experience:
Contribute to improving the online customer journey by ensuring a seamless and user-friendly website experience.
Provide assistance to the customer experience team regarding product availability and order inquiries.

Collaboration:
Engage closely with the CRM team to align on customer engagement and retention strategies.
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives.

Data Analysis:
Evaluate e-commerce performance data to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to boost sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce or online trading is preferred.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive insights.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (Shopify experience is advantageous).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
A passion for pets and knowledge of the pet products industry.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing tools.
