About the Role

The E-commerce Trading Manager plays a crucial role in the e-commerce teams, responsible for the day-to-day trading of specific beauty categories, driving revenue and profit growth, and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for assigned categories, focusing on revenue growth through customer acquisition, conversion, and inventory expansion.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, influencing range decisions, and representing the company in supplier meetings and negotiations.
  • Support development initiatives, acting as a business champion for technical development projects, leading activities for new launches, and introducing new ranges to the market.
  • Ensure legal and safe trade of own categories online and deliver key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or retail trading, with a strong understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in line managing a team, responsible for their development.
  • Ability to use data and insight to improve performance and build and deliver plans.
