About the Role

The E-commerce Trading Manager plays a crucial role in the e-commerce team, responsible for the day-to-day trading of specific categories. This includes building and executing the trade plan to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy for assigned categories to drive revenue growth through increased customer acquisition, conversion, and inventory management.
  2. Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving the e-commerce agenda for categories across the business, influencing range decisions, and representing Boots.com.
  3. Ensure legal and safe trade of own categories online and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  1. Experience working in e-commerce or strong retail trading experience.
  2. Understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing, using data and insight to improve performance and build plans.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  4. Experience in line managing a team and responsible for their development.
