E-commerce Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving our online sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
  2. Manage a team of web developers and designers to ensure the smooth running of our online platforms
  3. Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify new opportunities and develop online sales
  4. Create and manage online marketing campaigns
  5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are available online
  6. Monitor customer feedback and respond as necessary
  7. Create and maintain detailed reports on online sales performance
  8. Work with the IT department to ensure our website is secure and up to date
Technical Skills
  1. Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web technologies
  2. Experience of managing a team
  3. Good understanding of digital marketing
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Experience of analysing customer behaviour
  6. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  7. Good understanding of SEO
  8. Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  9. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
