E-commerce Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our digital sales team, you will be responsible for driving our online sales strategy and ensuring the smooth running of our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
  2. Manage a team of web developers and designers to ensure the efficient operation of our online platforms
  3. Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify new opportunities and develop online sales strategies
  4. Create and manage online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  5. Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are available online and meet customer expectations
  6. Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  7. Develop and maintain detailed reports on online sales performance to inform business decisions
  8. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure our website is secure, up-to-date, and meets customer expectations
Requirements:
  1. Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web technologies
  2. Proven experience of managing a team and leading digital sales initiatives
  3. Good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth
  5. Experience of analysing customer behaviour and developing online sales strategies
  6. Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results
  7. Good understanding of SEO principles and practices to drive online visibility
  8. Knowledge of HTML and CSS to ensure website functionality and user experience
  9. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to create engaging visual content
